Nira Dale's Educational Philosophy & Professional Background
Each school year I do my absolute best to discover new and exciting ways to keep my students motivated to learn. During the 2011-2012 school year, I slowly phased my students into a more “blended learning” environment--in-class instruction supplemented by online instruction. I was so happy to realize the benefit of this format, as it has allowed me to work more closely with my individual students more so than ever before! This was the first time that I really began to understand what it means to differentiate instruction in order to meet my students' needs. I plan to continue with this format and hopefully the model will get better and better each year.I am a wife of nearly 13 years, and a mother of 3 beautiful children. I love my family, music, and of course, teaching. My philosophy of education is "Attitude Exceeds Aptitude...Let's reach their hearts."
